Céline Rivoal

Céline Rivoal is accordionist and teacher at the conservatory of Brest. She had a musical and musicological training. Alongside her teaching activity, she has performed as a soloist and particulary as a chamber musician. She also plays a repertoire ranging from transcription to contemporary pieces or improvisation. For several years, she explored the Breton territory and has worked for more visibility of this repertoire. She has defended this improvised music with the group "Libre Max". She met during her career several musicians like Jean-Luc Capozzo, Hélène Labarrière, Joëlle Léandre, Sylvain Kassap and began collaborations with artists such as Mikael Zerang and Dominique Jegou.
